We stand by the effectiveness of our thermal bedbug treatment. If bedbugs persist after the initial treatment and the resident(s) have followed all preparation instructions as required, we will provide a second treatment at no additional cost. This guarantee applies only if all prep guidelines were met and is limited to a maximum of two treatments.
